• Infants (ages 1 year and below) are free of charge
• Sim cards are not provided to transit passengers.
• The service is also available for passengers transferring from international to domestic flights.
• This service is not available for visitors that have overstayed their visa (exemption) in the past.
• Attempts to conceal one’s nationality on arrival at the airport will result in a thorough investigation by immigration officers, often leading to refusal of entry.
• This service is for incoming flights to Bangkok and open to all passenger types (Economy, Business, First Class)
• Visa on arrival is available with an add-on (additional documents are required).
