Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry into the exhibition at 4:20 PM)
Friday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 8:00 (last entry into the exhibition at 7:20 PM)
Child Policy
The experience is available to individuals aged 9 and older.
Children under 8 years old are not permitted to participate.
Guests aged 9 to 12 will need a waiver signed by their parent or guardian before starting the experience.

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket

You can take pictures or record the experience, but please note that the use of flashes and tripods are strictly prohibited. Press photography (and any other photography for professional use) is also prohibited unless authorized and accompanied by a member of staff
For the safety of others, backpacks (even small ones) are not permitted. Locker will be provided prior to the entry
