Due to the min. requirement of 2 pax to depart. Let’s Go Tour reserves the right to contact the customer to reschedule to another slot/day, should the number of guests for the tour selected be less than 2 pax.
The tour will continue when there is light rain. In the event of a thunderstorm, a rescheduled date will be provided.
Children aged 5 years old to 12 years old require a ticket each and any participants younger than 5 years old do not require an additional ticket. However, participants are expected to contact the provider to inform them of this because it may affect prevailing Safe Management Measures.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
