Proactive communication to put my mind at ease, helpful with baggage.
Went to the meeting place as instructed. No one was holding any signage with my name on it. Attempted to contact the person via WhatsApp and was not successful on the first attempt. Wasted at least 30 minutes feeling lost, while waiting for the vehicle to drive in and pick me up.
