To redeem, present your voucher with passport or Singapore-issued identity card for registration of SIM card. No refunds will be issued if you fail to present any of these IDs.
You are only allowed to have a maximum of 3 prepaid SIM cards (regardless of service provider) registered under your name in any 6 months period.
Please note that all SIM cards have to be activated upon redemption. If you would like to activate our SIM cards on different dates, please make a separate booking and redeem the card on a separate date.
