Excess charges will be incurred if departures from Haneda Airport and departures from 23 wards of Tokyo exceed the above time slots.
If we are unable to contact you within the waiting time, your order will be cancelled.
Nighttime Surcharge: An additional fee of 20% of the total will be charged for services provided between 10:00PM and 5:00AM (fees to be paid on-site)

Great service and value for a fuss free airport transfer with young kids. From order to communication with the driver down to the pick up was seamless. Driver was also very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend if travelling with large luggages and young kids as a fuss free option verses the subway or buses especially early in the morning.
