Hi. Very smooth transactions..hassle free
Tried to redeem the ticket on the spot. The staff told me that Pelago has not settled the payment with them. Hence they were not able to exchange the ticket. Had to purchase a new ticket on the spot.
Excellent service from tickets personally wasn’t keen on the trip.
