It was a very good trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and his English was above expectations. Due to a minor issue with our cab, we came in at 8.07 am whereas the trip start time was 8.00 am. The bus cannot wait for a longer time as it is a main road. Hence, they arranged a separate vehicle to drop us at the common location. It was a great gesture from the organizer's side, I would definitely rate them 5/5

We were waiting in the cold for pickup for 45 minutes. We were told there was time change but we (and a few others) never got the notification. There were 2 groups on the bus. One for Japanese speaking and one was for English. Tour itself was great other than mentioned earlier.
