Activation & Use:

• Activate Your Pass: Use the Rail Planner app before your first train ride.
• Mobile Requirements: It is mandatory to have a mobile with an internet connection to download the pass while travelling.
• Personal Details: Enter your name, date of birth, and email exactly as shown on your passport. This information is required to issue your Eurail Mobile Pass.
• ID Needed: It is mandatory to carry your passport while travelling.

Coverage:

• Valid on national rail networks in 33 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Wales.

Reservations:

• High-Speed, Premier & Night Trains: Most require a compulsory reservation at an extra cost—check for any specific seat reservation requirements prior to your travel.
• You can board most of the trains by showing the pass, however, there are a few exceptions where a reservation is needed before you board.

Pass Types:

• First Class: Valid for first and second class coaches.
• Second Class: Valid for second class only.

Booking Process:

• After booking, you’ll receive an Eurail pass confirmation number (not the Pelago confirmation) via email.
• Follow the instructions to load your mobile pass onto the Rail Planner app.

• A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before the date of selection – please note that a fee of EUR 5.45 applies for all cancellations.
