Hue, the beautiful ancient Capitol of Vietnam, recognised in 1993 by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site, is seperated from Hoi An by the Truong Son mountain ranges, including the famous Hai Van Pass. This journey from Hoi An to Hue will take you to two of the highest of these mountain peaks. For the young or just young at heart the 5042 meter long cable car ride to the fun park atop Ba Na hills will delight, as will the incredible views as you traverse the Hai Van Pass.

    08:00 After being met by your guide and driver at your hotel, your journey will take you into Danang and past the famous My Khe beach, one of Vietnam’s longest and most beautiful beaches. 09:15 – 14:30 Prepare for your ride in the Guiness book of records holding longest cable car in the world at 5042 meters. This 20 minute journey offers amazing views as you glide over the jungle to a height of 1487 meters. Besides lunch from 11:30 – 12:30 your time atop Bana hills is flexible. Your guide is available to answer any questions you may have, and to show you around, or you and the kids may just want to spend time in the Fantasy Park. There is a 3D mega 360 degree cinema, one of the few in the world and also the the only 4D and 5D cinemas in Vietnam. There is an indoor drop tower for the thrill seekers, and a 21 meter rock climbing wall for those wanting a little exercise. Amongst other things there is 600 sq meters of dodgem car arena, always guaranteed fun time and an indoor Jurassic Park center ensured to thrill the kids. For the toddlers there is a large soft play area for their enjoyment. As you descend in the cable car savour the incredible views of Danang, Monkey Mountains the ocean and across to Marble Mountain, Hoi An beyond. After that, you will have a chance to visit Golden Bridge, which is newly opened in Jun 2018 and considered the highlight of this area. At the height of 4600 feet (about 150m) above sea level, the Golden bridge combines eight sections and stretches 500 feet long. With a pair of giant, stone hands lifting a golden bridge from the verdant hills of Danang. When visiting this, you will admire the whole infinite scenery and majestic nature of Ba Na Hills, sometimes, you also feel like walking on the clouds. 14:30 Time for the car to depart directly for Hue via the impressive Hai Van mountain pass, a part of Truong Son mountain range. With its hair pin turns, coastal and mountain views this 21 km journey to a height 1627 meters never fails to impress. With most of the traffic going through the tunnel this a most enjoyable drive. 17:00 Arrive in Hue.
