Good To Know
Please do not use flash when taking pictures.
You can choose not to wear gloves during the experience. But if you have wounds on your hands, it is recommended to wear gloves when interacting with hedgehogs.
Because hedgehogs are sensitive to odors, please do not apply chemical fragrances such as perfume.
For your safety, please do not stick your fingers in the hedgehogs' nose or mouth, and do not touch the spines on the hedgehogs' back.
We only accept reservations for more than two people. Children aged 4 years and above will be charged the adult price.
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a paying adult for free admission, but they are not allowed to play with the hedgehogs
During the experience, a group of two can only play with a hedgehog in one house at a time. Changing houses is done via rotations, and there is no limit to the number of times you can change within the 60 minutes of the experience time.
Each experience is in units of 60 minutes. If you want to extend the experience, please add an additional purchase.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 72 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
