Receive the entry ticket(s) in a separate email 24-hrs before your travel date or within 60 min for same-day travel
The route map and schedule for the free tourist shuttle bus are provided via email
At Qasr Al Watan, a security check is required for entry. The operator may verify your government-issued ID
At Qasr Al Hosn, show a valid photo ID that matches the booking name for entry. The venue may restrict items like food, drinks, cameras, seating, selfie sticks, and potential weapons
Post Purchase
Pick up your SIM card by visiting an Etisalat store in the arrival area at Abu Dhabi International Airport, or any Etisalat shop throughout the city. Have your original passport and travel visa (if necessary) ready for SIM activation
According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM card can be issued per passport. SIM cards can only be given to travelers who are 18yrs+. You will receive a separate email with your SIM card collection voucher
