Process was simple. Just purchase, wait about 5 minutes for the e ticket and then scan the qr code at the counter for a physical ticket. The ride was relaxing, about 40 minutes. Goes up and down the river, towards MBS. We took the night ride so the lights were nice and it was cool.
Fantastic. Easy booking, easy redemption.
Really enjoyable activity with friendly helpful staff on board and at the booking office at the Quay. Interesting, picturesque and relaxing

Great experience. Lots of photos taken during the 40-minute river cruise. Seeing Singapore attractions and hearing about Singapore's history, was refreshing and insightful experience.
This tour was entertaining and I learned a lot about Singapore history. The staff on board the boat are very helpful and will gladly take photos for you if you ask.
