- Pets, skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated as part of the luggage.
- If the number of passengers is less than the limit, you can bring additional luggage (e.g., up to 10 pieces of standard-sized luggage for a van with only 5 passengers).
- The operator reserves the right to decline a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Different surcharges will apply for North Area, East Area (Wang Nam Keow), North East Area, West Area (Saraburi), South Area (Nakhon Nayok), and other areas such as Ayutthaya, Phathumthani, and Nonthaburi

Car is clean and driver service is good. The only downside is car tires seems worn out but no rain during our trip so acceptable.
