Our Voyager Estate story begins with a love of the land, and an ongoing
commitment to sustainability. We invite you to join us in this relaxed, hands-
on look at wine appreciation through the lens of our Certified Organic farming
and winemaking approach.
The day starts with a guided walk through the vines to uncover why Voyager
believes great wine is made in the vineyard. Learn about the different
characteristics of grape varieties, grape growing and seasonal influence.
Then, visit the Winery for a closer look at Voyager Estate's winemaking
techniques and philosophies, accompanied by exclusive barrel tastings and a
chat with our winemaking team.
After a wine-paired seasonal lunch in our Restaurant, sit back in our private
tasting room and unmask the language and characteristics of wine, including
renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and
Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Take your skills to the next level with an
interactive food and wine pairing session.
The final stop is a visit to our underground cellar for a look at sparkling
wine production and to raise a glass to your newfound wine knowledge!

Thanks for booking our Voyager Unearthed experience.
We will head out to the vineyard just after 10am. When you arrive, please let
one of the Wine Room team know you're with Voyager Unearthed. We recommend
you wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring your camera or smart phone as
photos are welcome.
During the day you will enjoy a seasonal wine-paired lunch in our Restaurant.
This is a set menu, so if you haven't already advised us of any dietary
allergies or requirements, please email us at
restaurant@voyagerestate.com.au.
Please note, you will be tasting quite a few of our wines over the course of
the day, so we recommend you pre-establish a designated driver within your
group or arrange transport to and from the Estate. The experience should
conclude by 4.30pm.
