I am a professional chef with many years of experience. I have worked even outside Italy. I am great expert of our gastronomy and expert of the traditional Bologna kitchen. We will enjoy preparing the Ragù typical Bolognese Sauce and two kind of handmade pasta: tortelloni and Tagliatelle. At the end I will send by mail all the slides of recipes we have done together.
