Highlights
Find freedom in one breath. While no prior experience in diving is required to come on board, it's required for all participants to swim minimum 200m unassisted and stay-a-float in the deep water. We are focused into a student centered teaching style and we have tailored each of our programs to unleash the capabilities comfortably. Your progress isn't measured by depth, but your ability to apply techniques, relaxation and adaptation to the underwater world. No exams. You will simply learn by doing in a safe and fun setting, with the supervision of experts. We have two options to select as follows.
Option A - Discover Free diving

Option B - Advanced Free diver
Take your Freediving skills to the next level! Learn advanced techniques and undergo training designed to empower you with advanced knowledge and skills to improve your free diving experience.
Itinerary
Boracay Island
Option A - Discover Free diving Day 1 - Classroom (1.5 - 2 hrs) Introduction to Free diving, Familiarization of the equipment and Diving techniques (FIM & CWT) and more Day 1 - Open water (2 hrs) Practice the techniques learned and free dives on the dive-line to a maximum depth of 11m Day 2 - Classroom (1.5 - 2 hrs) Review of the free dives of Day 1, Fine tuning the breathing technique and more Day 2 - Open water (2 hrs) Practice the techniques learned (detailed description will be given) and free dives on the dive-line to a maximum depth of 20m Option B - Advanced Free diver Day 1 - Classroom (1.5 hrs) Specific breathing techniques and many more Day 1 - Dry & Pool (1.5 - 2 hrs) Safety procedures and practice session in the pool Day 2 - Theory (1.5 - 2 hrs) Advanced breathing technique and many more Day 2 - Open water session (1.5 - 2 hrs) Exhale dives with a maximum depth of 25m and full lung dives with a maximum depth of 30m Day 3 - Theory (1.5 - 2 hrs) Review of exhale dives from Day 2 and many more Day 3 - Open water (1.5 - 2 hrs) Exercises, preparation for a deep dive, exhale dives with a maximum depth of 30m and Full lung dives with a maximum depth of 40m
