For our specialty "Ippon Eel," we select eels so thick that they do not shrink even when cooked over the powerful fire of binchotan charcoal, and our artisans' hands extract every bit of the delicious flavor from them. Crispy and fragrant skin, the fat will melt-in-your-mouth.

The restaurant is backed by a history of reliable connoisseurship and attention to ingredients. The "Ippon Unagi" and the craftsmanship of the chefs can be seen in the "Live Kitchen," where the Japanese food culture that has been passed down since the establishment of the restaurant and the desire to "deliver the true form of the eel" can be seen.
