[Non-Operation Charge (NOC)]
If the vehicle is damaged due to an accident during the rental period, a "Non-
Operation Charge" will be imposed as part of compensation for business
downtime during repairs. This charge applies regardless of the repair period
or extent of the damage.
NOC Fees:
If the vehicle can be driven: ¥20,000
If the vehicle cannot be driven: ¥50,000
Note: NOC is not exempt even if you are enrolled in the liability waiver
program.
[Liability Waiver Program]
In the event of an accident, the deductible amount (up to ¥50,000–¥100,000 per
incident) as outlined in the insurance coverage will be charged. By enrolling
in the liability waiver program and paying the additional fee below, the
deductible amount can be waived.
Liability Waiver Fee:
- ¥1,650 per day
Note: This plan includes the liability waiver fee.

By enrolling in the Comprehensive Protection Plan in addition to the Liability
Waiver Program, the NOC can also be waived.

- Rental and return -
On the rental date:
Complete registration and receive a briefing, followed by signing the rental agreement.
- All drivers must present their driver’s licenses.
- The rental company will provide instructions and reminders regarding rental usage.
Joint inspection of the vehicle’s condition, including any pre-existing damage (vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel).
On the return date:
Refill the fuel tank at the nearest gas station to the rental office before returning the vehicle.

- Conduct a joint inspection of the vehicle with staff, including fuel level and belongings check.
- Final Return Time:
For customers using the shuttle service: by 18:00
For customers not using the shuttle service: by 19:00
Returns after these times will incur a one-day extension fee, and the vehicle
must be returned the next morning.
Additional information
[Cases in which the compensation system cannot be applied]
In the cases below, you will be responsible for the full cost even if you have signed up for a compensation system.
- Accidents caused by drunk driving, unlicensed driving, speeding, reckless driving, or other violations of traffic laws (full cost of damages will be borne by the customer).
- Tire punctures or blowouts, battery trouble due to leaving lights on or doors ajar (cost based on market value).
- Incorrect fuel added to the vehicle.
- Lost or damaged keys (cost based on market value).
- Lost or damaged hubcaps that are no longer usable (cost based on market value).
- Burn marks on seats caused by smoking (cost based on market value).
- Other interior stains or odors (cost based on market value).
- If you extend the rental time without permission and cause an accident
- Accidents caused by unregistered drivers or accidents caused when sub-lending your vehicle to someone else
- Accidents caused by using a mobile phone or looking at a navigation system
- Theft and car break-ins (if the keys were not left in the car and the incident has been reported to the police, and the customer is not at fault, we will compensate for any damage to the vehicle. Theft or loss of luggage is not covered by the compensation.)
- For incidents occurring outside Okinawa's main island (excluding areas connected by bridges), the company cannot provide support. Cross-island travel is prohibited.
[Optional insurance contents]
This is the content of the optional insurance that the rental vehicle is covered under. Please check the deductible amount, etc.
- Personal injury compensation: Unlimited/including compulsory automobile liability insurance
- Property damage compensation: Unlimited (①Deductible amount 50,000 yen)
- Vehicle compensation: Current market value per accident (①Deductible amount: 50,000 to 100,000 yen)
- Personal injury compensation: up to 30 million yen per person * Damages incurred by passengers due to injuries sustained in a car accident (including death and permanent disability) will be compensated regardless of the driver's share of fault.
* Customers will be responsible for any punctured tires, damage, loss of wheel caps, fees, etc.
* However, this does not apply to accidents that fall under the insurance contract disclaimer, accidents that violate the rental contract, or accidents that have not been reported to the police. Customers will be responsible for any damages.
