A highlight of this activity is our gluten-free Tempura. However, for those who prefer, we also offer the option to make traditional Tempura. Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply want to enjoy Tempura, you can participate with peace of mind. Experience both new and traditional flavors of Japan with us.

Itinerary

  • Tsukiji Outer Market

    1.Tsukiji Fish Market Exploration (Approximately 1.5 hours): Your guide will assist with communication at the Tsukiji Outer Market, enhancing your experience and connection to local food culture. Discover and sample culinary delights from shopfronts, including fresh sashimi, tamagoyaki, and Japanese sweets, available for purchase and immediate enjoyment. (※Additional costs not included in the tour price.) 2.Cooking Experience Near Tsukiji (Approximately 3 hours): In a nearby rental space or kitchen, we'll cook Gluten Free Tempura and from dried noodles, we'll prepare traditional cold soba (100% buckwheat, gluten-free). You'll also learn how to boil the noodles to enjoy "Cold Soba Noodles" and study the method of making bonito dashi. This session, including a tasting experience, will last about 3 hours. Total Duration: Approximately 4.5 to 5 hours. This plan highlights a thorough exploration of Tsukiji Market along with a detailed cooking class focusing on gluten-free soba and traditional Japanese flavors. ※If you prefer traditional Tempura over Gluten Free, please let us know in advance. We'll accommodate your request with a separate frying pot.
