• Each entry ticket is valid for one person only, with no re-entry allowed.
• A ticket is invalid if the code has been scanned, tampered with, or expired.
• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Resale, duplication, or reprinting of tickets is prohibited. Offenders will be subject to legal liability.
• Children must wear safety wristbands provided at the Ticketing Booths and Information Kiosks.
• Guests must adhere to all health and safety guidelines communicated by Global Village staff.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited except in officially designated smoking areas within the park.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park.
• Lost or unaccompanied children will be taken to the Lost Explorers Area inside the Gate of the World. A service fee will apply until the child is collected.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Global Village is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Public displays of affection are prohibited. Respectful attire must be worn (covered torso, shoulders, and legs including knees).
• Global Village reserves the right to change opening times, suspend shows, or close attractions without prior notice or compensation.
• Items like roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted, unless rented inside the park.
• Pets and animals are not allowed inside the Park.

Global Village reserves the right to deny entry to the Park to any Global Village Dubai ticket holder and to remove any guest from the Park for any reason (for example, being a safety risk to other guests, affecting their enjoyment of the Park, or disrupting the Park’s operation) and to take appropriate action to enforce this right, without refund or compensation.

By entering the park, you irrevocably consent to and authorise Global Village, its successors, and assigns to photograph you and/or make sound recordings of you to use worldwide, for any purpose whatsoever, and in perpetuity. All such photographs and sound recordings will be the sole property of Global Village. If you wish to avoid the possibility of being photographed, please do not enter the Park, or if you do, express your wish to the filmer/photographer.

• Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Museum: Present your voucher at any ticket counter within the park to claim your ticket.
