Sombai Cambodian Liqueur and souvenirs
Get a real taste of Cambodia as you sample Siem Reap speciality Sombai. Learn how the local liqueur is made on a 1-hour tour of a Sombai workshop, and see the maceration room where fruits and spices are used for flavour. Finally, sample the famous liqueur, tasting 11 different flavours from sweet to spicy, on top taste 3 alcoholic jams. This is inside an old wooden Khmer house decorated with traditional and some more modern art.
