Purchase Notice
For the ski pass, you must exchange your ticket between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
* After 5:00 PM, ski passes can no longer be issued *
* Lift tickets are valid for up to 8 hours from the time of collection *
(*Exchange location: Foreigner Ski Information Center next to the Challenge House.)
Clothing and equipment rentals are available at the Foreigner Information Desk. (Staff on-site will guide you to the rental location.)
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Exchange to physical ticket at: Challenge House Foreigner Information Desk
The foreigner information center closes at 17:00. If you want to exchange tickets, you must come before 17:00 . Tickets cannot be exchanged after 5 p.m.
