07:00, please consult customer service first and additional charges will

Pick-up area: Must pick up or drop off within Osaka City Waiting time: In the
case of airport pick-up, the driver will wait for 60 minutes from the time
specified by the guest. If flight delays or other circumstances occur, please
contact us as soon as possible. If no contact is received, the driver reserves
the right to start the journey without waiting for the guest, and no refund
will be given in this case.

In the case of airport drop-off, the driver will wait for 30 minutes from the
time specified by the guest.

If the customer fails to get on the bus due to personal reasons, additional
delay fees will be charged. If there are other subsequent itineraries, the
driver has the right not to wait any longer and the deposit will not be
refunded.

・Business 6-seater model: Toyota Alphard/Alphard or similar class can seat up
to 6 passengers + 2 small pieces of luggage. If there are 3 to 4 passengers,

・Business 5-seater model: Toyota Granace or similar class can seat up to 5
passengers + 4 pieces of luggage


・Comfortable 9-seater model: Toyota Hiace or similar class can seat up to 8~9
passengers + 10 pieces of luggage


※ Depending on the size and number of pieces of luggage, it may not be
possible to board.

※If the number of passengers is not full, one additional piece of luggage can
be placed in the seat for each additional passenger. If the number of people
and luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the pick-
