vast eco world!
After a convenient pick-up at your designated location, take a scenic one-hour
boat ride to Selingan Turtle Island, a safe haven for hawksbill and green
turtles. Spend your day exploring this tiny island to your heart's content,
including diving at the nearby coral reefs at your own expense, and the
evening watching mother turtles lay their eggs on the beach.
In Sandakan, head over to the world-famous Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation
Centre for close encounters with orphaned baby orangutans. Next door is the
Bornean Sun Conservation Centre, where researchers and keepers work tirelessly
to protect and raise awareness about the smallest bear species in the world.
Spend two enchanting nights at Bilit Adventure Lodge, strategically located
along the Kinabatangan River and surrounded by a lush, verdant rainforest.
Observe a plethora of flora and fauna, such as monkeys, gibbons, hornbills,
and crocodiles, in their natural habitat as you cruise along the second
longest river in Malaysia and take a guided jungle walk through the riverine
forest.

Depart from Sandakan to the CQ Jetty for Selingan Turtle Island. This journey by motorized boat will take about 1 hour.
After lunch, grab your mask, fins and snorkel and head to the beach where you can find lots of juvenile marine life.
Or, you can choose to relax or sun bathing by the beach.
Before dinner, treat yourself to a slide show featuring information of the turtle park and turtles.
After dinner, standby at the Cafeteria. Wait for Park Ranger’s signal before proceed in a small group to the egg-laying site to witness the mother turtle laying eggs, transferring of eggs to the hatchery and releasing of hatchlings to the sea.
Stay overnight at Selingan Island Chalet.

Proceed to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre, watching one of the nature’s most endangered animal species, the ‘Orang Utan’ or ‘Man of the Jungle’, in local language swing from branches to branches towards to the feeding station in the forest
Discover the world's smallest bear species at the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre and find out how to help improve their animal welfare
Lunch en route at SJR. After lunch, take a scenic drive to Bilit, which is situated along the Kinabatangan River

Later in the afternoon, float along the scenic waterway of the Kinabatangan River and spot the various flora and fauna
Dinner & overnight stay at Bilit Adventure Lodge.

Late morning, depart for a guided nature jungle walk to experience the riverine forest.
Trek back to the lodge to rest, freshen up, and have your lunch
Rest. Enjoy afternoon tea break at local house.
Late afternoon, get ready for another afternoon river cruise to a different part of the river to see more wildlife gather along the Kinabatangan River.
After a long but fun day, enjoy your dinner and tuck in for the night
