Getting to the Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge:
- By Bus: Buses 8, 81, and X28 run daily along Jumeirah Beach Road, with stops near Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
- By Metro: The closest metro station is Mall of the Emirates. From there, take a short taxi ride to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, which will bring you to the Inside Burj Al Arab ticketing lounge.
- By Taxi: Taxi drop-off is available directly outside the Inside Burj Al Arab Ticket Lounge. Simply tell the driver to head to Jumeirah Beach Hotel, where internal directional signage will guide you.
- Private Car: Head to Jumeirah Beach Hotel where valet parking is available for guests on the Inside Burj Al Arab tour. You will be directed to the ticketing lounge from the valet parking zone. A drop-off zone is available alongside the ticketing lounge for easy access.

The drive to the proposed meeting point was confusing due to another event. Once we were at the meet up point, the view is breathtaking and the experience was fun.
The meetup point needs to be clearer! The venue called “Inside Burj Al Arab” is NOT INSIDE the Burj - it’s actually a ticketing lounge located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, a completely different location. Visitors who book this tour obviously has not been before so this needs to be clearer as I wasted double the trip fare on Uber trying to get to this spot in time!
More clarity should be included in your description to see where to collect the tickets and also what options we can have … seems like the tickets you are selling is the same price as I buy there in person …
The main room is average it looks like 2star hotel With luxury washroom. But beach and outside view is good
