I invite you for a complete body and mind renewal, supported by the practices of yoga and sound healing through various instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gong, crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes etc. The experience will start with a fun private yoga class for a max. group size of 10 people. After the class , depending on the group size I will offer either a one-on-one sound massage session or a group sound bath. You will enjoy an immersive sound vibrations experience, which lulls you into heavy relaxation mode and empowers deep rest.
