Open Dated tickets are not reserved with a confirmed travel date and schedule of travelling
Since the open ticket is not booked with time slots, please contact Sindo Ferry customer service at +65 63314122 or email booking@sindoferry.com.sg for booking reservations at least 3 days before the intended departure date.
Open Dated tickets can be used on any dates and ferry schedules as long as the seats are available.
Booking must be reserved with passport validity of at least 6 months.
Please ensure your visa status makes you eligible to enter Indonesia from Singapore.
Seats are subject to availability.
No refunds/cancellations for customers who miss the ferry/no-show.
Singapore (GMT+8) has an hour difference from Batam (GMT+7)
All guests are entitled to 20kg of check-in baggage.
Response is swift regarding booking of ferry tixs. After that is just pack and go.
Booked a ferry for 2pm and was given 6am without a choice. Customer service did not allow for a refund as I have “accepted” a timing with the service provider. The booking should not have even been accepted by the system from the start if there wasn’t an available time slot at the indicated time.
