Nathan will invite you to live a true sensory adventure in the heart of French gastronomy. With each cheese tasted, a sense of awakening: blind tasting, recognition of aromas or even play on textures. Nathan will even teach you to “listen” to cheese... Intriguing, isn't it?
Once your senses are sharpened, Nathan will offer you two challenges around the pairings (cheese & wine, cheese & surprises). The workshop will end with a creative and unusual challenge around cheese, as a team!
Nathan will share his knowledge about the cheese terroir and the manufacturing process.
You will taste five cheeses, carefully selected by the artisan. Two glasses of organic wine as well as accompaniments will allow original pairings. The specificity? 100% of the products are local and put the south-west soil in the spotlight!
