Storage Pick-up Time Information: Luggage should be stored at the hotel's front before 10:00 AM (Guesthouses adjust timing based on local conditions)
Hotel Front Desk Wait Time: A 10-minute waiting window is provided. Failure to hand over luggage within this time will result in a No Show status (no refund). Recommended to store luggage by 9:30 AM
Airport Luggage Handover: Outbound customers must strictly adhere to airport luggage handover times. Notify at least 3 hours prior to any changes
Same-Day Delivery: Available only for flights departing after 5:00 PM
Early Flights: Customers with flights before 5:00 PM can utilize the service by leaving their luggage by 10:00 AM the previous day
For Inbound Customers:
Before 2:00 PM Arrival: Luggage can be collected at the hotel after 8:00 PM (possibly earlier). Same-day delivery may be offered depending on traffic conditions, with timing to be determined (Direct pickup is available due to guesthouse nature. Time adjustment needed)
Before 5:00 PM Arrival: Luggage retrieval at the hotel after 10:00 PM (possibly earlier). Same-day delivery is possible based on traffic, and timing to be determined
Note: No delivery is available for flights arriving after 5:00 PM
For suitcases surpassing 25 KG, there's a risk of wheel and handle damage.
While we can transport >25 KG cases, wheel and handle damage compensation isn't covered.
Instant same-day delivery isn't offered.
