Good to Know
- The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, but you are welcome to explore at your own pace. During peak seasons and sunset times, the visit duration may extend.
- At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY guests can stay at Level 148 for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 125/124, where they may remain as long as they wish.
- For the best sunset views on Level 124, we recommend booking an entry time 90 minutes in advance.
- The outdoor terrace may close during severe weather conditions for safety reasons. Refunds and rain checks are not provided for inclement weather.
- For guest comfort and security, shopping bags and strollers must be stored in the Luggage Room near the entrance and can be collected upon exit.
- Photo kiosks allow visitors to capture memories using green screen technology, creating backdrops featuring the Burj Khalifa or Dubai skyline. Personalized prints and merchandise are available for purchase.
- The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible; however, working service animals are not permitted on the tour.

It was smooth at checkin and overall. The waiting time was acceptable as we were mentally prepared for 1 hour in queue but thankfully it was a faster access. The view from 124-125 floors is just ok.
