Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and unlocked.
Ensure your travel plans are confirmed. No refunds or cancellations are given due to eSIM compatibility issues, changes in the itinerary or accidental deletion after successful eSIM installation.

Important Notes:

You may install eSIM before travelling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it.

eSIM can only be installed once.

The voucher is valid for 45 day(s) from the booking confirmation date.
Please activate within 45 days after receiving the eSIM QR email.

Go to settings > Mobile Data > Tap Add Data Plan > Install eSIM > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Set Default line as 'Primary' to receive calls/messages > Set Mobile data using eSIM > Update Access Point Names (APN), if needed > Installation is completed!
To use eSIM > Complete Steps 1 and 2:
Step1. Settings>Mobile Data > Turn on eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming
Step2. Settings>Mobile Data>Mobile Data > Select your eSIM

Go to settings > Network/Connection > Tap Sim Card Manager > eSIM > Add mobile plan > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Scan Carrier QR code or Retrieve QR from file or Enter code instead > Custom Label your eSIM (Destination) > Installation is completed!
