Each traveller may only book 1 SIM Card.
Once the expiry date has passed, the remaining call charges will not be refunded.
Please provide your full name in English as it appears on your passport when booking. SIM card activation will take ~15 mins (dependent on the number of customers on-site).

Your phone must be unlocked in order to use this SIM card.
Foreigners who have an Alien Registration Card are able to apply for the ID Verification service. Please contact customer service for details.
SIM Cards picked up at the airport will be activated immediately. If you need to delay the activation, please notify the staff member at the pick-up counter.
Remaining credits will not be refunded once the SIM card is no longer valid.
A text message of the remaining period of use and voice credits will be sent automatically.
If you are using a phone which does not support KT LTE frequency, a 3G signal will be showed. Please note that a refund or exchange will not be accepted under this situation.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 48 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
Advanced Booking
Please book at least 96 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
Redemption Notes
Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.
