There is a limit to the amount of space in the trunk of the tour bus, so we cannot accept large suitcases (with the total dimensions of the three sides exceeding 150cm) or large luggage such as snowscoots. Other luggage is limited to one piece.

During peak periods such as the New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, weekends, and public holidays, it may take a long time to rent out items, so we recommend that you prepare your own equipment. If the size you want to rent (boards or clothing) is not available on the day at the venue, the tour fee will not be refunded.
