Good to know
The pass is exclusively valid for international travellers, and cannot be used by Japanese citizens and residents.
You can redeem the pass at any of these stations: Hakata, Kokura, Mojiko, Saga, Nagasaki, Sasebo, Beppu, Oita, and Kumamoto. For details on the operating hours of the designated ticket offices, visit https://bit.ly/3Sgnx1n.
The pass is not applicable for JR Kyushu buses, B&S Miyazaki buses, the Cruise Train Seven Stars in Kyushu, and the ARU RESSHA (Sweet Train).
The pass does not cover journeys between Hakata and Kokura on the Sanyo Shinkansen line.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A 90% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of election. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply.
