Eligibility
- Only non-residents of Singapore will be eligible to purchase.
- The arrival date to Singapore must be no later than 31 March 2025.
- Passengers aged 2 and above must have a valid pass to redeem the attractions and deals.
- For children below the age of 2, other fees may apply which is payable directly to the merchant.
- Children (below 12 years old) will need to be accompanied by an adult.
How To Book
- Select the date you plan to use the pass using the availability calendar. Please note that this date is for reference only, as the pass will only be activated after you pre-book a timeslot.
- Select your preferred option. Click on "More Details" on each option to learn more about what is included in the different Passes.

- Select the number of participants. Participants aged 2 and above must have a valid pass to redeem the attractions and deals.

Pre-booking of Timeslots

Redemption Notes
Present QR code (and pre-registration confirmation if required) at the respective attraction or food and beverage outlets' ticketing counter to redeem your admission ticket.
Ticket Validity
Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid for usage between 8 May 2024 to 31 March 2025 at 11:59PM. Pelago Pass is valid for 30 days from the first redemption/activation date. The pass will be activated when the first reservation for an attraction is made (either online or in person) or the QR code is first scanned at an attraction. The first reservation refers to the date the reservation was made and not the activity date selected.

No, an attraction can only be visited once using each pass.
Who is eligible to buy Pelago's Singapore Attraction Pass?
It is only available to non-residents of Singapore who are arriving on or before 31 March 2025. Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, holders of a valid employment pass (EP or work permit) issued by the authorities of Singapore, Dependant’s pass holders, and Student Pass holders will not be eligible to purchase the pass.
Do I need to book in advance to visit the attractions?
Every attraction will have different requirements in terms of reservations and redemptions. For the other attractions, availability is limited and subject to a first come first served basis. Please make sure that you check the redemption information and operating hours of the attraction ahead of time.
How long is the redemption period of the attraction pass?
Pelago's Singapore Attractions Pass has a 30-day redemption period. It starts from the time the QR code is first scanned at an attraction and ends on the 30th day.

Good option for travellers to book things early
It was easy to use and cheap compared to other similar websites. In addition, you get additional discounts if you are flying with Singapore Airlines.
The Pelago Pass is fairly easy to use and covers most of the attractions for first-time visitors. Decent discounts is a plus. It would be even better if customers could manage bookings and make reservations via the Pelago app directly. Overall, 4.5/5.0
