First of all, we will serve you a drink on the house. Next, chef will explain you about ingredients also talk about food culture. After that he will demonstrate how to make sushi. You will make 10 different kind of sushi and three kind of sushi roll after you watched his demonstration. Finally you will taste the sushi you made. We are maximum 8 people, a small group. If you need any help, chef will be happy to help you anytime.
