[Before you come]

• Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. Please refrain from parking in surrounding facilities or on the street, causing trouble.
• It is expected to be very crowded at the entrance, so please make sure you arrive with plenty of time.
• In the event of bad weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunder, the event may be canceled. In particular, the decision to cancel due to strong winds may be made just before the fireworks are to be launched. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, travel expenses etc. will not be compensated. Please be aware of this if you are coming from afar.
• If you are experiencing any of the following health conditions, please refrain from attending.
  Symptoms include fever, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, shortness of breath, abnormal taste, joint pain, nausea, and vomiting.
  

[About the venue on the day]

• The ticket price (A, B, C seats) includes one drink. You will be given a drink ticket upon entry.
• Please note that it may be difficult to hear the music in some areas.
• Re-entry is possible. Please present your wristband at the re-entry gate. If you lose your wristband, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
• Standing is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to sit in the seat you purchased before watching the show. In order to avoid congestion in the venue, please spend as much time as possible in your reserved seat until the launch.
• After the fireworks, in order to avoid overcrowding, we will ask you to leave the venue in stages starting from 8:50pm. Please remain seated until further instructions.
• Chairs, tripods, drones and selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed to enter the facility. We cannot take care of pets. *Guide dogs and service dogs are excluded.
• Please be sure to leave your stroller in the designated area. We will not compensate for any damage or theft.
• Wristbands will not be reissued if they are damaged or lost, regardless of the reason. Also, if you are not wearing a wristband, you will be asked to leave immediately.
• If you wish to eat or drink, please use the food area within the venue.
• Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any disputes between customers.
  
  

[Seats]

• Please refrain from reserving more seats than the number of tickets you have purchased, or placing your belongings on seats, as this will cause inconvenience to other customers. We will not be held responsible for any lost luggage or trouble that occurs when reserving seats. Any seats reserved in a malicious manner may be removed or moved without notice. [About tickets]

• We will not provide refunds for purchasing the wrong ticket. The areas you can enter will vary depending on the type of ticket, so please check carefully when purchasing.
• In the event of a cancellation, details regarding refunds will be announced on the official website once the decision has been made. Please check the official website from time to time.
• If tickets are damaged or lost, they will not be reissued even if you have proof of purchase (ticket issue certificate, receipt, tickets purchased at the same time, etc.).
• Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis in each area. Seats cannot be reserved.
• Up to one preschool child may enter for free per purchased ticket. Please watch the show on your lap. From the second child onwards, a paid seat ticket is required. (If you purchase VIP seats, up to one preschool child may enter for free per adult.)
• Tickets purchased from private parties, auction sites, or ticket shops cannot be guaranteed to be valid. In addition, resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

• There is no age limit.
• Elementary and junior high school students will not be allowed to enter alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• We may need to check your purchase information. Please bring your identification documents.
  *This performance is scheduled to include photography and video shooting, and there is a possibility that the photos and videos will be published in various media and made into video products. Please note in advance that the behavior of attendees may be published or recorded.
