-The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 30 minutes.
-If you did not show up after 30 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided.
-The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center.
-This is not private tour, you will share with other guest.
-Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.

5.No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
6.We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
7.As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the vehicle.
8.No smoking inside the vehicle.
9.Please do not stand up or walk while the vehicle is running.
10.All items left in the vehicle will be disposed by our company.
11.Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
