• If the fireworks or pyrotechnics group cancels or changes the date of the fireworks display due to bad weather or special circumstances, group members may not use this as a reason to cancel the group and must depart as scheduled, otherwise they will be deemed to have abstained. The supplier will arrange a boat tour of Victoria Harbor on the same day, and group members are not allowed to request a refund. If the passenger requests a change or cancellation, the company will reserve the right to separately charge part of the cost and handling fees to the passenger. The supplier will arrange another boat viewing for the fireworks display for the group members according to the date announced by the fireworks organizer.
