Purchase Notice
- One coach and one photographer will accompany groups of 15 participants. For groups of 16 to 41 participants, an additional coach will join
- The following departure dates fall on special holidays: Dec. 24, Dec. 25, Dec. 26, Dec. 29, Dec. 30, Dec. 31, Jan. 26, Jan. 27, Jan. 28, Jan. 29, and Jan. 30. Holiday surcharges will apply if you choose to depart on these dates. The price will be as stated on the official website
- Intermediate level class size must be between 5 to 20 participants. These classes are only available for 2-day tours on Thursdays
- If you choose the intermediate level class on-site, please pay an additional KRW50,000 in cash
- Intermediate-level class participants must possess basic skiing skills. You must be able to stand back up on your own after a fall and ski in a snowplough stance on a beginner slope. If the instructor determines you are not ready for the intermediate level, you will be sent to a beginner's class. In this case, the intermediate-level class fee will not be refunded. Please assess your skill level accurately before booking the class
- Walking in the skiing area is not allowed. Please purchase the ski lift pass. If you will ski, please book packages that include the lift pass or pay the lift pass fee to the instructor on the day (Cash only)
- The lift pass is valid for the entire day, including nighttime skiing (without an instructor, you need to take the shuttle bus to and back by yourself)
- Participants of 2-day tours departing on Mondays and Wednesdays will share the same ride back to Seoul with participants of 3-day tours departing on Sundays and Tuesdays
- Participants over age 60 with good health and mobility may purchase this package. However, refunds will not be granted if the elder is found unsuitable for the activity after evaluation on-site
- Please note this package is not available for participants over 100 kg in weight due to safety reasons
- Participants must be over the age of 5 to participate in skiing. Every two adults can bring one child for free (Under the age of 5). Additional beds, a seat, meals, ski slope admission, and ski equipment rental are not included. Participants are to pay for any charges for the child during the tour
- If a traveller does not wish to ski, a refund for the ski suit and equipment will be made (KRW36,000 for 2 days and KRW60,000 for 3 days). Please provide this detail in the "Request & Remarks" column when booking
- As most restaurants only provide one set menu and meals are booked in groups, travellers with special diets are encouraged to prepare their own meals. Fees for the meals will not be refunded
- Each participant is allowed to carry 1 piece of 25-inch luggage. If you have more than 1 piece of luggage, please let us know in the "Requests & Remarks" column when booking
- Measurement will be taken on-site for the skiing footwear
- This is not a private or one-on-one lesson. The lessons are given in groups and the instructor will assist every student to the best of their ability. Please be patient as the instructor coaches through the group
- This package only includes ski lessons and does not provide bookings for snowboarding lessons. For travellers who wish to participate in snowboarding, there will be no extra charges, but no instructors either. As the ski gear rental is booked in a bundle, it is not possible to ski on the first day and snowboard on the second day, or vice versa
Reminders
A minimum of 3 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Due to limited room availability at the resort during the winter, please book your room at least 5 days in advance
To avoid accidents, the ski resort stipulates that you are not allowed to enter the ski resort without wearing ski equipment
Each participant will receive a free heat packet, a simple breakfast (Bread or rice balls, the type cannot be selected), a bottle of distilled water, and admission tickets to the sauna in the resort (Except for those under 5 years old)
Please note that the amount of snow is a natural factor and cannot be controlled
Soaps, towels, and hairdryers are available in the hotel room. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, and unlisted toiletries) are not provided per Korean environmental policies
Admission tickets to the sauna are included in the room charge. If the sauna is not used due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given
The shuttle departs on time and individual travelers will not be contacted or waited upon if late. Refunds will not be granted for late arrivals for any personal reasons
If the meeting time has not changed, passengers only need to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the original time on the itinerary and will not be contacted individually before departure. However, if the meeting time changes, the tour guide will contact the guest 1 to 2 days before departure via WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat, etc. Please be sure to be on the lookout for updates and respond as soon as possible
The above time is an approximate estimated time and is subject to the traffic and weather on the day. In the event of rain or snow, departure will continue as usual. Refunds or reschedules for these reasons will not be possible
Selected digital photographs of your skiing experience will be sent to your email. The number of photos cannot be specified. The photos will be saved for 30 days. Participants are encouraged to download and save the photos as soon as possible as the photos will be deleted after 30 days. Please note that KKday will not be held liable for invalid photo access
All our company’s tour buses are covered by comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers must purchase their own travel insurance to obtain more comprehensive protection. Since skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant protection items to protect their own safety
If any accident occurs during the tour, staff will do their utmost to assist but KKday and the tour operator shall not be liable for any injuries or fatalities
It is advised to not book this tour scheduled right after your arrival or before returning due to constant traffic congestion
