To be honest we are disgusted at the way it went for the reasons stated below… Our initial issue is that although we arrived at the domestic terminal 2, it took us around 40 minutes to finally be advised by someone that your arrival instructions related to the international terminal 1. Secondly, after arriving at the correct place, we waited another 40 minutes before trying to ring the Sydney super shuttle number, which just immediately rang off. Finally, 2 x Sydney super shuttle buses turned up, one of which was plain rude stating he wasn’t going to the city and not his problem. The other one was waiting for guests to go to the Shangri La. He did finally ring up his operational manager, who stated no booking for us. He then said he could take us but would cost $30 per person in cash! What a complete shambles of an experience, and I would like to know your views based upon the above - plus what you are going to do to reimburse me, as effectively paid twice, plus delayed 2 hours getting to hotel…

Not friendly driver… had to carry our own luggages On & Off from the shuttle

Pelago provide images of ConXion vehicles and in their instructions direct you to the Redy2Go desk. That desk doesn't exist any more, since Covid and ConXion don't provide the transfer. Rang Redy2Go and they had NO idea Bout our booking. Turns out SydneySpeedyShuttle are their contractor. After an hour of working this out we got to where we should be been but very shoddy from Pelago.

SYDNEY ARRIVAL PROCEDURE:
On arrival, proceed directly to the designated meeting point located outside the arrivals terminal at Bay 12 (opposite the Rydges Airport Hotel). Please do not wait inside the Terminal.

Please contact Sydney Super Shuttle at +61 2 96972322 if you are unable to locate desks or require further instruction.
DEPARTING SYDNEY PROCEDURE:
Passengers must call Sydney Super Shuttle 24 hours prior to departure to confirm their pick-up time. (The pick-up time provided by Con-x-ion is an estimate only)

If your service has not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled departure time, please contact the provider at +61 2 96972322. Ask your hotel/concierge if you require assistance.

Please do not depart in a taxi without making contact with Sydney Super Shuttle.

Unfound passengers may not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement.
