If you choose a return ticket, you must be at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before the selected departure time to check in and validate your ticket with the staff

DO NOT BUY. I had pre-paid 30€ SIT tickets and 145€ for taxi on 10/20. The website is not clear the ONLY bus from Rome to Civitecchia only runs at 3:45pm, which means we (2 of us) would have missed boarding time completely for our cruise trip. I have contacted Pelago, they would not provide any refund nor honor the return trip use for Civitecchia to Rome upon my return. I am very disappointed at this service. DO NOT BUY, if you plan to go onto your cruise ship at Civitecchia port on time!
