Start your day with a trip on the Kuranda Scenic Railway, a relaxing journey winding up the mountain from Cairns to the village of Kuranda. The historic railroad rises from sea level to 328 metres and passes through ancient rainforest. Look out for waterfalls and the breathtaking Barron Gorge. The army duck tour was the best of all different activities os the day. All of them I enjoyed, but the army duck was really great in particular for the very knowledgeable guide.
