※ Ski boots and ski suits will be provided based on on-site inventory. If a customer is unable to ski due to incorrect body size, no further compensation or refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please note that this service is a one-way private private charter car. Airport transfers, round-trip transfers, etc., must be booked separately as additional services (add-ons booked separately are not valid).
  • The private charter car service is a point-to-point service, meaning that pick-up and drop-off are limited to one location only, with no intermediate stops.
  • Please be sure to fill in your flight information, hotel address, and contact details correctly when making a reservation.
  • Customer service or the driver will contact you 1-2 days before your pick-up time. Please ensure the driver can contact you using the provided contact methods (e.g., ensure your phone has international roaming enabled or your Line ID is set to public).
  • If you do not receive any contact the day before departure, please leave a message to let us know; if the driver still has not received a response from you before departure on the day of departure, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • When making a reservation, please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit and provide accurate information such as the number of passengers, the number of pieces of luggage, and the size of the luggage. We will not be held responsible if the reservation details are inaccurate and the reserved vehicle cannot accommodate all the luggage.
  • Infants and children are counted as passengers.
  • Please bring your own baby seat if needed. Due to vehicle availability, this product does not offer baby seat rental services. Please be aware of this.
  • Airport transfer service includes a free waiting period, calculated from the actual flight arrival time. A waiting fee will be charged for any delays. Please leave your order notes if you require any changes to the waiting time.
  • If the waiting time exceeds the allotted time, the driver will charge an overtime fee (any time less than one hour will be charged as one hour).
  • All additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver on-site, and no receipt will be provided.
  • This product's service hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. If you require service outside of these hours (or if the service hours are outside of these hours), a non-service period surcharge of KRW 50,000 per hour will be charged.
  • This product does not offer language services; please specify your language service request in the order notes and we will try our best to arrange it. During peak tourist season, we may arrange drivers who speak other languages.
  • Service time will be calculated based on the time it takes for the driver to depart from Seoul to pick up passengers from outside Seoul. If you need to drop off at a location outside Seoul, the service time will include the driver's return time to Seoul.

Passenger and luggage information:

  • Children and infants also occupy seats; separate child seats are not provided.
  • Each person (including children and infants) can bring one piece of luggage between 24 inches and 26 inches free of charge. If you need to bring two or more pieces of luggage (24 inches to 26 inches), please book additional luggage space (one space per piece of luggage).
  • Luggage larger than 26 inches will be considered as two 26-inch pieces of luggage. For each person traveling less, one more 26-inch piece of luggage can be added.
  • Each stroller will be considered as one piece of luggage. If you are bringing a stroller, please indicate this in the child passenger section on the payment page.
  • The vehicle type will be determined based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. Please be sure to specify the exact number of luggage items on the payment page.


Airport transfer service:

  • This package includes a one-way transfer service between the airport and the ski resort.
  • Please note that this package is only valid when used in conjunction with other private private charter car packages within this promotion; booking separately will not be valid.
  • The service vehicles are the same as those used for private private charter car at the ski resort.
  • For every one fewer passenger, one more 24-inch piece of luggage can be accommodated.


Luggage Information:

  • Luggage larger than 26 inches will be considered as two 26-inch pieces of luggage.
  • A stroller or wheelchair is counted as one piece of luggage, or one passenger. If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please fill in the relevant information on the booking page.


Overtime Fee Explanation:

  • Please note that if the actual waiting time exceeds the free waiting time, an overtime fee of KRW15000 per hour will be charged, with any time less than one hour being charged as one hour.
  • Airport pick-up service includes a 90-minute free waiting period, starting from the flight's arrival time.
  • Airport drop-off service includes a 30-minute free waiting period, starting from the drop-off time.
  • All additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver on-site, and no receipt will be provided.

Outside of service hours: Before 08:00 / After 22:00 - KRW 50,000/hour

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
If the departure is canceled due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. Please refer to the cancellation regulations for cancellation.
No refund will be given if the correct communication software information and contact information are not provided and contact cannot be made before departure.
If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of KRW20,000 per person will be charged.
You will be contacted via the messaging app the day before departure. On the day of departure, once the driver arrives, someone will inform you via the messaging app that you need to go to the designated location for the ride. Customer service will assist with the arrangements, but no sign-raising service will be provided.
