All iPhones bought from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau DO NOT support eSIM.
All Samsung purchased from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan DO NOT support eSIM.
One device can scan and save multiple eSIM QR codes (up to 8 eSIMs), but only 1 eSIM can be used at a time.
It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.
If you do not receive email having eSIM, kindly check spam/junk email or contact us.
Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.

It would be more useful if there was a way to contact or send in queries related to the purchase. Also, when purchasing an eSIM, the telco matters and that should be stated upfront. Lastly, only upon activation was I notified that the number of days validity countdown starts from the point of activation and not the stated date of the intended period or purchase. So don't activate the eSIM too early even if your intention is just to check if you can install it successfully on your phone and not use it.
