Overall connection is good throughout my 2 weeks trip. The only problem I had was at the start of the journey where the data could not be connected. However, a quick email to customer service to restart the service and all become good. Awesome service.

It works well and connected during the travel in Japan. It will be better if there is a better way to track the postage of the card or email to inform that the Sim card was sent out.
