Only non-Korean travellers are eligible for this product.

The airport pickup service must be booked at least 6 hours before the flight's arrival time and the airport drop-off service must be booked at least 12 hours before the flight's departure time, failure to comply will result in booking cancellation.

The meeting point is at the front door of your hotel in downtown Seoul. Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting time. The vehicle registration plate number will be provided via messaging app

Transfers for 3 people can only carry 3 people + 4 pieces of luggage (24 inches). If the size of the suitcase exceeds 24 inches, please book a vehicle for 4-6 people. If the size of the luggage exceeds 24 inches, if the pick-up is not possible, and you must pay a surcharge on site.

Incheon International Airport (ICN) Pickup
The driver will wait for 90 mins from your flight arrival time for free, exceeding the 90-min grace period will incur surcharges. If there are any scheduling changes on your end, please notify the operator in the 'Additional Information' section when booking.

Incheon International Airport (ICN) Drop-Off
The driver will wait for 15 mins for free. Exceeding the 15-min grace period will incur surcharges.

Overtime Surcharge
Charged by hours. Overtime of less than 1 hour will be considered 1 full hour. A surcharge of ₩15,000/hr applies to overtime services, fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver in cash.

Airport Signage Welcome Service
If you need a welcome service, a surcharge of ₩10,000 will apply, fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver in cash.

Nighttime fee: KRW10,000 (Applicable during services between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am, fees to be paid on-site)
