Arrive by Train – Walk out of the train station towards the Opera House then follow water, the Eastern Pontoon is located halfway along the Eastern Promenade on left in front of Searock Grill restaurant
Arrive by Taxi/Uber - 7 Macquarie Street walk down sandstone steps (Moore Steps) then turn right and walk toward the waters edge.
Driving There is a car parking station located at The Opera House at the bottom of Macquarie Street, Sydney, then walk towards Circular Quay and the Eastern Pontoon is located halfway along the Eastern Promenade on the right

The “Client” or any member of their party agrees that if they damage or lose equipment belonging to the ““Company”” they will be responsible for payment for repairs or replacement of those items. The “Client” or any member of their party agree to listen to the safety briefings given by the staff of the Company and agree to act in a responsible manner which does not jeopardise the safety of themselves or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the exception set out below, you also agree to release the “Company” and its officers, employees, agents and representatives ("Representatives) from all costs, liability, loss and damage incurred by you in connection with your participation in any Tour, and waive any associated claims that you may have against the “Company” or its Representatives as a result of your participation in any Tour.
100% payment is required on bookings for activities.
If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control, the activity booking will be rescheduled.
Minimum numbers are required on all tours and courses. Dates may be modified at short notice.
Clients are not to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs prior to or during an activity/tour.
Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed. No shows will forfeit the full payment they have made. Once a booking is confirmed dates can be changed however a $10 fee per person will be charged.
100% cancellation fee applies to cancellation less then 48 hours from time of activity - this includes changing your mind right before boarding the vessel.
If you are making this booking on behalf of a group/party or number of people within your group/party, it is the the main contact person-lead traveller (known as the “Client” or any member of their party) noted on your booking responsibility to inform all members of the group of these terms and conditions.
