Bought a 2h body massage package. However, I was having my period on the day itself. The staff was so understanding to allow me to change it to other treatments and made up the fall short of the original amount I paid by giving me a product of my choice. From counter staff to therapist, the service was impeccable and all of us were very satisfied with our purchase! Will definitely visit again when in BKK.
The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The free pick-up service from EmQuartier was easy to find, and the staff were extremely prompt in their email replies when scheduling the massage date and pick-up. Oasis Spa has two locations, and if your preferred timing is unavailable, they offer the second location as an option. We had our treatment at Oasis Sukhumvit 31, which boasts beautiful architecture and a serene environment. The professional therapists provided excellent service. We experienced professional service the moment we arrived until the end of our 120-minute treatment. We highly recommend Oasis Spa for anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience in Bangkok.
this came as a recommendation and we decided to try it out. reservation was made on behalf, and we mistakenly went to the wrong outlet. however the staff was very nice and offered us a free transport via their own shuttle to the other outlet and hold our reservation despite us being late. massage rooms was heavenly and therapist all every skilled. worth every $$. will definitely head back to try their other services and experience the other outlet.
